How to Return?
- You have 30 days from the receipt date of your order to return your purchase.
- Please ensure the goods you've purchased are not tagged as *non-returnable and are still in it's original condition.
- Pack and carefully seal the returnable items in its original packaging with tags intact before dropping them off at our warehouse or outlet.
- Customer to bear the return cost.
Refund Policy
- Upon return to our warehouse, goods will be thoroughly inspected and verified for refund
- Only goods received in its original condition and returnable goods are eligible for a refund.
- The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed at our end. If you did not receive the refund within 14 days from the above email date, please reach out to your bank to speed up the refund process.
Exchange Policy
- If you've changed your mind, you may walk-in to our store to exchange your purchase or simply reach out to our customer service to assist you further.
- You have an option to return the item for a refund and repurchase from our website only.
- Promotional items and food products are NOT eligible for refund or exchange.
